Why has WYSIWYG become so complicated?

Post by MatthewM »

why has WYSIWYG become so complicated? Support used to be easier! Protecting a page with a password used to be easier! The login tools are very poorly explained in the documentation! The tutorial videos on Youtube are very bad because the video makers mumble incomprehensibly! I've been a user of WYSIWYG for a very long time, but since it's belonged to Pablo, it's become incomprehensible and complicated

Protecting a page is not different than it was before. The basics are still the same, as when these tools were introduced.
There are only more options because users have asked for it.

I do not create videos myself so I do not have any control over the quality of videos that are available online.

All options are documented in the help, but if you have a question about a specific feature then you can always ask...
And I am always open to suggestions to improve the documentation.

Not sure what you mean by that, it has always 'belonged' to Pablo...
