Form Autoresponder not working

My form autoresponders have stopped working. Has anything changed recently that would have affected this?

This functionality has not changed recently.
If you did not change anything yourself then this most likely a server/host related issue.
The most common reason is that the host does not allow a 'from' address outside the domain.
