Forms don't work please help !

I think I did everything completely. I also set it as php. But the form I filled out does not come to my mailbox. I expect your help in this matter.

The settings of your form are correct.
So, this is most likely a server related issue.

What version of php is your form running? Can I find out your php version?

I looked at what they sent, but it didn't happen.
Do we have to install "smtp" in the server or a similar program to receive mail?

What permission does the form server use in the firewall? What is udp and tcp?

The configuration of the form depend on the server configuration, so I cannot tell you the exact settings.
However, most web hosts support standard PHP mail().
Your webhost should be able to tell you why it does not work.
Depending on their feedback you can change the settings in the form properties.
For example, if your host requires SMTP then you can enable built-in PHP Mailer support.
