Layout grids + Carousel

I have 2 layout grids one top and one bottom and one carousel in the middle and I cant add more layout grids between them.
Any ideas ?

You can use the arrange tools (move to front, move to back, etc) to rearrange objects.
Or drag the layout grid to the top of the page.
Or use the Object Manager.

Yes I knew about that..I used it already but in this page I couldnt do it.
Now after I exit and came back it seems to work.
