Hello, I am having a little trouble with my form. It consists of a few edit boxes for the name, email, phone #, etc, and a text field for their message. However, none of the emails contain any of the data that is put in; they show up completely blank.

I have read through the FAQ on contact forms, and I believe I have set everything up correctly. But I would like a second pair or eyeballs to see if I did anything wrong.

You have set the output format to 'HTML'. That means that you will have to use variables to include data.
