Hi

Whenever I select Index; follow on a page, it changes to noindex, nofollow after I publish the page.
Then I have to manually change it in all the published pages.

This happened with WB15 and now also with WB16.

How can I solve this issue?

There are no known issues with this option.
Maybe you are using master pages?
Can you please describe the exact steps to reproduce this problem?
Or create a demo project so I can see all settings.
