I've never had a problem publishing prior to this, but now every-time I publish, the index page url is is http://mywebsite.com/index.html/index.html
All the other pages all read with /index.html preceding the page name. example: http://mywebsite.com/index.html/otherpage.html Any suggestions how i screwed this up?

Having index.html in the Edit Publish Location > Remote folder would probably cause this but I can't see why you would set it like that.
