*** SOLVED *** Can't Install WB16

I can't get WB16 to install.
I downloaded the program, but when trying to install I keep getting the message "The system cannot find the file specified."
The choice "Try again" does nothing.
So I keep clicking "Skip this file (not recommended)"
After many clicks, that eventually stops and the associated window disappears
Program Files shows an EMPTY folder for WYSIWYG Web Builder 16
No Shortcut for WB16 appears, even though I clicked that I wanted one.
WB15 still works, but at first still keeps giving me the message that a newer version is available.

Help!

It is possible that your AV / Firewall or any other security software is blocking the install. Have you tried temporarily disabling what you are using? And to carry on it could also be related to having enabled ransomware protection in Windows?

Thanks for responding.
My firewall is not blocking it.
What is AV?
What is that you suggest I disable?
It downloads as a folder webbuilder 16x64.
That contains the file setup64 which I unzip and click.
Windows at first says it is blocked, then I approve unblocking.
Then I go through the routine I described in my original post.

I see you added a line about ransomware. Turning that off allowed me to install the program. Thanks.
