Yesterday I bought the license upgrade for WB16 and activated it on my home notebook. This morning I'm trying to activate it on my office PC too but a message informs me that this license is already registered for a different e-mail address.
Can someone help me, please?

For each of 3 allowed installations the same email must be used each time.

I used the same e-mail both on the home notebook and on the office PC.

In that case I suggest that you contact Pablo @ the following orders@pablosoftwaresolutions.com for further help.

This error means that you are using a different email address as for the first activation.
You may have accidentally used the wrong email address.
You can verify this in the About box of the activated application.

After your alignment everything now works fine.

I bought WWB 15 in Nov 2019. I don't remember having any license number. How to check my own license number so that I can visit the below link to get a new serial number to upgrade to WWB 16.
