***SOLVED*** Text with Transparent Background so I can see the Image

Hi There,
I am interested to create this kind of Header Text with a transparent background so I would be able to see the Image at:

I captured the screen shot from the "At the Coast Template".

How do we call this kind of WYIWYG Tool? It looks like a Text Box yet it has a transparent background so I reason out
this must be a Special Kind of Textbox. I wish to know its name (as a WYSIWYG tool) so I can search for it online
and then learn how to do it.

Please inform me too what kind of container (or whatever) shall I use so that the Text Box will display as intended.
Examples : Flex Box, Layout Grid, Layer, Card Container or just simply Content Container?

If you happen to know the steps in creating it, would you please be kind enough to reply me the basic steps?

This object uses a semi transparent background color. You can set alpha value of the color via 'more colors' in the color picker.
