Ideas or extensions for member account areas?

I'm planning out a website for teaching/counseling. After a user/client signs up he or she would have access to an individualized content area that can have counseling history, goals, notes, and other personalized content. A general membership and login area with a protected page(s) won't work because all members would have access to each members individual content. Any ideas how I can set this up with WWB or if there are any extensions built to make individual member "accounts" with personalized content possible?

You can use 'user roles' to create sections for specific users.
If you need more advanced functionality then you will have to implement this yourself here.

You can customize the code of the login tools by using 'Convert to form'
