Unable to reload

I paid and received my license number. Loaded in to 3 laptops. Worked fine. When one of my laptop had a problem with my hard drive, I have to reload the WYSIWYG again, I am unable to remove the logo in that laptop. Please help!

You can use the same email address and serial number to activate the application.
