and when my put my license key is not working
activate program is working

Make sure you use the license key for the proper version.

The extension (s) are for WB15 and above only, so to use you are required to have a license for WB15.x.x. Note you can also download direct using the Extension Manager from within the program.

The reason why it does not work, is because you have requested a refund from the reseller.
So, your account is currently "on hold"

To solve this, cancel the refund request and contact orders@pablosoftwaresolutions.com to get your account re-activated.
