i just upgraded on a new computer and installed the above, i have activated with my license, yet everytime i open WB i have to insert the licence to activate it again, on the interface it says trial and buy. so what do i do now?

If you have a license for version 15, then you can use the same email address and serial number to activate the application.

i have a WB15 license,since 15 came out. When I activate it the prompt says: this license is already registered for a different address. But the email address has always been the same since day 1. This is a new WB15 install on a new computer as the previous laptop is kaput where WB15 was original installed...........

This message means that you are using a different email address as for your first activation.

Please contact orders@pablosoftwaresolutions.com if you do not remember the email address you have previously used to activated the license.

"NO" its always been the same email address since WB8 and to the latter, but i will followup per your advice, thank you....
