shopping cart character in css menu

Hi,
In WWB15 I copied the
(shopping cart) character in one of the buttons of my css menu
In WWB itself, this shopping cart images shows just fine, but when i publish my pages, instead of the shopping cart character two question mark characters are shown (my page is set to UTF-8)
Could you help me figure out what is going wrong?
