Screen Refresh Problem Within App

Post by leebeer »

I'm using Web Builder 15.3 on a Windows 10.10 laptop. I don't yet have a responsive site; it's just an old-fashioned full-screen site. I'm having problems with my screen refresh when I switch between windows I'm editing. The pages I'm editing are all using the built in PhotoGallery (insert-> PhotoGallery) with 12 photos per page (if that makes a difference). I can generally open a couple pages but when I go back and forth between the pages to proof and make sure I have the right pix on the right pages, the screen stops refreshing and I have to close the project and reopen it. I also can't scroll and am only able to edit one screen's worth of the page. Even if I open a page that does not contain a PhotoGallery, the screen doesn't refresh and shows whatever page it froze at. If I double click on any PhotoGallery, it *does* list the appropriate photos. The only other apps I have running at the same time are Chrome and FileZilla.

I hope I've made sense and given enough information. I'm sure someone will let me know if I haven't done either.

There are no known issues with screen refreshes.
To be able to help you, I need a copy of your project with images and a description of the exact steps to reproduce the problem.
