Lightbox Problems

I have started to get problems on some of my websites with the pop up lightboxes even though they worked fine earlier.
If you click on the disclaimer link on the footer on this page http://www.ramsgatelifeboat.org.uk/test/index.html the lightbox comes up with a black background/overlay so that the black text which is there is invisible.
The same link on the footer of this page works as it should. http://www.ramsgatelifeboat.org.uk
