Is there a way to upgrade from 90WSB v14 with WYSISYG 15 and still have the websites and templates or does all of that have to be done manually?

I just upgraded and now I have no websites, and my Templates are gone and i can't find out how to get them or where to move them to . There is no /system/templates/ folder in WYSIWYG

No files will be (re)moved when you install WYSIWYG Web builder.
Your files will still be where you last saved them.

You can use the 'File' menu to open your previous projects.
The system folder, which contains your templates and other files, can be configured in Tools->Options>Files & Folder, just like in 90wesbtie website builder.
