Full size option on iPhone
When a site has a 320 break point set, is there a way to provide iPhone users to option to switch to and view the full 1024 site?

No, it's not possible to disable breakpoints.
But you can create a link to a desktop only version of the page. Although it will be more work to maintain.

Within most browsers there's an option to 'request desktop site'. Have you tried that?
