Master Objects in WB12

I have a project that I have moved through several Web Builder updates. In WB10 and WB11 there was "Master Objects" tool on the Tool Bar that could be used to insert an existing master object on a page. I cannot find any way to do this in WB12, either on the Tool Bar or on any tab. Where do I find it in WB12?

In WB12, you can find the Master Objects in the toolbox in the 'Layout' section.
Maybe you have enabled 'Easy Mode'?

Note that WB12 is no longer supported.
