Footer missing on all pages but one

For some reason, the footer has moved to be directly beneath the header on all my pages and the only page that has a footer is this one which I added using WB15 blocks(I liked that alot!)
https://www.compositeautomation.com/Biesse.html
All of my other pages in the website now do not show the original footer that I had incorporated in a master frame page with a content place holder. When I went to the page properties in wb15, the misc tab is missing.
Do I have to redo my entire website? Why does it work in the above page?
Thank you in advance for the help in getting this fixed!
Best
John

I cannot see what you have done based on the published page. To be able to help you, I need a demo project.
But at first sight the layout looks ok. Maybe you will need to clear your browser cache?
Note that you have added invalid code tat the start of the page. This makes the entire page invalid.
Also, there is an extra quote in the meta tag keywords, this breaks the HTML.

Hi Pablo,
I removed the information in the header but could not find the extra quote in the meta tag that you referred to. I'd like to send the project to you. Kindly let me know how you would like to receive it.
Also, please see the difference between these two pages:
https://www.compositeautomation.com/Biesse.html
This one has the footer(only page that does). The header and footer is a part of the master frame page that I refer to. I built it as an add on to my site that I had developed with various versions starting with WB9.
https://www.compositeautomation.com/index.html
This one does not have the footer. When the page loads it appears that the footer elements are obscured(under) the header.
Really appreciate your help. Very much so.
Regards,
John

You may have copied the quote accidentally.
Open the meta tags and look for a quote near the end of the keywords.
It looks like the footer is set to 'floating'. This will only work if the rest of the content is also floating. For example, by using blocks/layout grids.
If you have used fixed/absolute layout then the footer should also have a fixed position.

Thanks...the footer is back. I'm not sure about the meta tag description though. Does it even need quotation marks at all?

You will need to remove all quotes from the text.
