"Full Screen Mode" icon missing on "Menu/Toolbar" view

I'm running WB15 on Windows 10 and noticed that when switching from the "Ribbon" view to the "Menu/Toolbar" view of the user interface, the "Full Screen Mode" icon is missing. There are only 4 vertical dots instead of it, as shown on the picture attached.

It works correct for me.
You may have accidentally customized the toolbar.
To reset the toolbar, right click the toolbar -> customize -> toolbars -> reset

I didn't customize the toolbar. Anyway, I made a reset but don't see any change.

Did you select the correct toolbar before resetting?

Sure, I did. I've also tried to reset all, but nothing doing!
