The flip switch dont working correctly if I change the page direction to rtl.
What's the problem.

You are right, this is currently not supported.
I will implement this in the next update.

I'v an other qustion conserning flip switch. Normally, il has two values in the same time off or on. If I select on, the form send the value whith it is stored in the flip switch settings but in the case off the form dont send anything. I think, the advantage of flip switch is to have two values (for exemple: single or marrid) and the form should send the selected value. Now, the form send only the on value.

A flipswitch is basically a checkbox, so it works the same as a standard checkbox only the appearance is different.
Browsers do not send the 'off' value of a chekbox to the server.

The RTL issue should now be fixed in today's build (8/22/2019):
