I am using webbuilder 14
Somehow I have managed to create a project where the index.css always starts with:

div#container
{
width: 982px;
position: relative;
margin: 0 auto 0 auto;
text-align: left;
}

However, container does not appear in the object manager list

How do I change the property details?

The div container will be added when you select 'center in browser window'
