Hello

I started work on a project, I opened it today and the index page shows a blank grayed page, it does not show the project site in the dashboard.

If I use the scroll bar to go down the page only certain parts of the page shows not the top section of the page.

Not sure why this is, using latest version

It seems the index page is not loading in the dashboard, if I preview it shows fine in the browser.

If I open other pages in the software it shows the pages but if I go back to the index page it shows the last page I opened, if I scroll on the index page it shows some of the index page but not the top of the page, if I minimize and open the page shows black.

It is like the index page cannot load.

Not sure if this is a windows 10 thing or the software but cannot open the index page.

Are you using version 15.0.4?

I do not see any issues with your project. Everything seems ok.
Where exactly do I need to look to see the problem?
Do you see the problem directly when you open the project?
What does it look like for you?
Did it work previously? Do you remember what you have changed?

And what do you mean by 'it does not show the project site in the dashboard'?
What is a 'dashboard"?

Are you sure you have version 15.0.4?

Any update on this, cannot open or use the project because of this.

What about the master page? You didn't show that in the vid.

The master page shows fine, the page with the issue is the index page, it does not load.

I have tried your project on several different computers, but I do not see the problem.
But I am sure it is related to rendering/graphics.
Is your computer up-to-date with the latest drivers etc?

I am thinking it is, it worked fine a few days ago without issues, all of a sudden for the past two days the index does not load.

Is there a way to fully uninstall the software and reinstall, I tried uninstall and install again but it had all the details, it did not show as a clean install.

If it has previously worked as you say then what has changed? have you updated Windows? installed any other software? have you deleted anything that the project requires (index page). There's one way to remove stored settings and that is to remove the registry key for WB15 but only remove if you are confident enough to remove it. Note if you do remove the registry key then it is your own responsibility.... so do so with caution.

Setup a new install of windows 10 and still not working.

Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do unless I know exactly what to do to reproduce the problem.
No one else has reported this behavior with the latest version (15.0.4), so I need more information to be able to investigate this issue.

Did you try in 'safe mode' or with compatible options?
What are the exact specifications of the computer that is not working?
Do you have another computer you can try it on?

Does it work with a new project?
Does it work when you remove one of more objects from the page?

Reinstall/update the video driver?

I deleted and redid the index page and seems to be working now
