I have windows 10 professional and version 15.0.4 of July 17 32 bits. Every time I start the program it does not open the last or most recent file used.

Maybe the file is on a different drive?
Is there an error?
Can you open the project via the menu?

It´s in this C:\Users\enala\Documents\Web Builder 15 ALL\15.0.4

Yes I can Open from folder But Manually File + open (Folder)... etc

Have you set the option "Open the most recent used project at startup" in Options > General?

What exactly do you mean by 'fail'?
