Maybe you have changed the system folder?

See this related FAQ:

Yes, that is it. It works now, but I have this two folders:

\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\dividers

and

C:\Users\Irvin\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\blocks\Dividers

wich one is the correct?
thank you.

The one you have configured in 'Tool -> Options - > Files & Folders' is the one that will be used.

OK, thanks.. now I can see the 6 dividers, but I cannot change the "type".. it is just (none) option
I have the folder \Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system in the options.

This means that the divders files are in the wrong folder.

Please copy the dividers to the folder that is configured in:
Tool -> Options - > Files & Folders

Maybe the software does not have access to the folder. For example, because it's blocked by your anti-virus or ransom protection?

Try this:
- close the application
- rename the Document\WYSIWYG Web Builder folder.
- start the application
- new folders should have been created with the correct permissions.
- now make sure the dividers are in the new folder.

Yes it works.. but I had to use C:\Users\Irvin\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder (without system) because it creates antoher system folder inside of it..

thank you, the problem looks solved. Good day
