I seem to be having trouble getting the transitions to work in the panel menu.
I have uploaded a demo to "removed as problem solved"
I have tried different combinations of choice and speed but nothing looks like the
demo in the list of new features.

The width of the over-line and underline effect is determined by the border-width property.
