I have a large project that includes bulleted list which I try to modify but does not allow. I double-click but it does not enter the editing mode. The lists are not blocked.

Are you using the latest update (15.0.2)?

If I Insert a bullet list in a new page it works well. But in older page it does not work as ever.

In that case, can you please share a demo project so I can see all your settings?

I think I've found what the error is.
Create a layer and insert a bulleted list in it, you will see that it can not be edited. But if you take it out of the layer if it can be edited without problems. It seems that there is some conflict when the bulleted list is inside the layer. Please help me because I've lost valuable time for this. Thanks already.

This issue has been fixed in the latest update.

Please re-download the software. it should be fixed in the current build.
