Image import not working properly

I am using Webbuilder 14. Images: Webbuilder says: The size of the box does not matter; Web Builder automatically adjusts the box to fit the image after you place it. This is not occurring. If I draw out a box that's larger than the image I am importing, it stretches the image to fit the drawn box. If I draw it smaller, the opposite occurs. Is there a setting somewhere for this? When you insert an image then it will be inserted at the specified position/size, unless the size is larger than the viewport in which case it will be scaled to fit.
If you want to insert the image with its original size then you can drag the image object from the toolbox to the workspace.
