Inserting Match reports etc.

In Peak racing season (now), weekly I need to insert both text and images to the 'Match Report' page. What this entails is 'Selecting All' - moving the last weeks report down (guessing how much space is required) - Inserting the new text and images from the most recent meeting (which invariably overlaps a previous report until I get it right) - constantly repeating this action until all overlaying of old report and spacing is correct - then, as I have three various break points, this procedure has to be repeated all over again in each break point and re-sizing images. 'If', I were in Microsoft Word I can insert text or images and it automatically moves all other text (or images) down. Is this possible to achieve in WWB, if not it would be nice. Or am I missing something? Any suggestions that would save me hours of work?
