Headers in Breakpoints.

Hi..
As anyone come across this before? - I have a page with two breakpoints, 768 & 375
The header has been created within a Master page with one single layer which has two
images and one YouTube link. On the "Default" the header shows and runs the video, this is also the case
for breakpoint 375. But breakpoint 768 has the header missing. If anyone can give me any sort of insight
I would be grateful.
