I am using W9 and have had no problems to date. Today, I tried to publish and getting error message as attached. Link is below:

Are you telling me that if i purchase an upgrade to 12 then you will tell me why it is not working or will it work with the upgrade?

I have downloaded version 12 and still is not working. can i get some support please.

Please note that version 12 is no longer offered to purchase. The only version to purchase is WB 14 which may also include a discount. Also if using WB 12/14 in trial/demo there is also no support in this mode.

Make sure you are uploading to the correct directory..
some require: /
others: public_html
other options as well.

Go into your control panel and see what the upload directory is..
if not, call and ask them.

Once that is right take a look see at the image name..
mypicture.jpg (no spaces)

Based on the screenshot it looks like the server is rejecting the file name: 4-9-2019 2-23-55 PM.png
This is not web-safe name.
