i need to add lazy load to that images manually (with html codes and ...)

As you already know there is no help with external code. You can of course use the HTML Object and the File Publisher if needed.

The blog/article layout is based on HTML templates. There is no way for WWB to know what the code looks like, so lazy load cannot be added.

Yes, you can add custom code, but this process cannot be automated because each blog layout template is different.
