What is POP-UNDER advertising
A variation on the pop-up window is the pop–under advertisement, which opens a new browser. Pop–unders do not interrupt the user immediately. They can be used to show a particular page from your site which you don’t want to be missed by the user or any referral advertisement for which you are being paid and even to show google ads where you are paid per clicks. Best part is these pop-unders can not be blocked by popup blockers of modern and old browsers
What this extension does?
•Clicking anywhere on the page where this extension is installed will open an advertisement page (any page that you set)
OR
•Click on a link on that page and the visitor will be transferred to a website you have set also the same advertisement page which you want your visitor to look at will be opened.

Sorry Me,
My browser with build-in add blocking will not show your pop under.

Safari
have popup blocker too and they are being bypassed.
I request users to check for themselves on all browsers before buying

Just pointing out that it might not work in "all browsers" but it will in the major browsers.

After your mention I looked around the net for other browsers and landed here:
http://www.thetoptens.com/best-web-browsers
Again, I wonder how many in todays world use them except Chrome, FF, IE, Edge and Safari
Still, from the list I downloaded
Opera and tried, I tried
Netscape too...the pop under worked on both of these.
With which browser you are facing the issue?
