Yeah, a hero steps forward!
I would love to create the vertical timeline first if it doesn't matter to you.
Thanks for looking at it and giving it a try! BaconFries is very sharp and good with extension development (if you need help).

Thx for the compliments bry

...but (Paul) Adendum is doing very well at the extension building

...I am just taking a bit of time out from them at the moment...I am hoping to start building more soon for the upcoming WB8....I do have one in the pipeline if I can get my head thinking straight enough to get it made...

But before Baconfries does anything else he [a] gets his eye healthy! and
has another think about the expandable iFrame mystery I have posed him.

Can you provide a link to the iFrame conundrum so that I can catch up on the question? Thanks

Where we (myself and Baconfries) are at now is that the extension does work but anything placed on the page after the extension doesn't get seen in the published page - even though the code is correctly published.
If you cut and paste the extension back into the page and publish - hey presto everything appears? That's the mystery.

Still no response from the original author

so until I have his go-ahead I won't put any more effort in to this one. If he responds I'll let you know.

These are so simple that we really don't need an extension. Anyone can use these. However, there is a size limit on the amount of text. If you use too much the centering goes whacky.

By the way, the original author gives his permission to use them anyway we want right in the code of the timeline. It is in the comments.
Thanks,
