I'm afraid not.
This requires a database driven cart, and, to my knowledge, there is no such script / extension available for free.
You can, of course,use any external cart script you like.

You can use an Iframe (although I'm not sure these scripts have all the links as _self) Or, simply create a separate section in your website and link from the main site to cart section. Both of them support customization to suit more or less your site theme.
