Image loading strangely only on mobile breakpoint

For whatever reason, see the object entitled " warroomtexasinterfacemasterpage1SlideShow1 ", which is on a Master Frame that I apply to this whole website, is the only element in the various images loaded-in to that slideshow that is behaving oddly;

Viewable on homepage, towards the top; it's the slideshow with the various little 150 x 150 images, with a red line on its left-side and its bottom-side:

https://warroomtexasinterface.com

The image entitled "Tuttle Twins" is set just like all of the rest of the images flowing, there; I just cannot seem to see why it is loading so strangely. And again, it loads fine on the other 3 breakpoints ( 1366, 1024, 768 ) , just does not load correctly on mobile ( 320 ).

I can't find it. I can see a slider, and that doesn't seem to be working at all (clicking on the thumbnails does nothing). Am I looking in the right place?

I see what you mean now. Has the image been optimised and sized in exactly the same way as the others? It's the only one whose link appears to work.

@AliGW ― Thank you for taking the time to respond: Honestly, that image is set-up exactly like all of the rest of the images in that Slideshow. Now, one thing that's different is, it is the only one on which I * HAVE * set a URL link to an external web address, to "Open in a new window". The rest of them are acting properly, in that they are not supposed to have links. Dunno *how-related* that would be.. But yeah, in trying to isolate it, that's the only thing I can think that's different about it. It's sized the same, etc.

I think we'll need a demo file.

Have you tried removing the link/url from the image and view it again.

So, two things:

1) I've removed the link, re-published, and look what happened: ( remember, it's only on the 320 Mobile-breakpoint where the issue has been occurring )
https://warroomtexasinterface.com
Image seems to load fine when link is removed. Why would that happen, just because one image has a link on it and the other don't..? I would like to keep that link on there, if I could.

2) Here's the link to the stripped-down project file, with the link * still in place* : https://warroomtexasinterface.com/proj.zip The only reason I left the " index " page in the .WBS project when, I know, we're only supposed to leave one page in there, is because the object-in-question ( the slideshow ) is technically on a non-published, "MasterObjects" page. So I just leave the publishable " index.php " page in there as a page that will call that non-published MasterObjects page that houses the object-in-question ( the slideshow ) .

Thanks for the project. However there is still a lot of content in your demo, which makes it confusing to figure out where to look for the issue.
What exactly do I need to do to reproduce the problem?

on Masterpage1, the object " warroomtexasinterfacemasterpage1SlideShow1 " , when published, and then viewed-live on the index.php 320-Breakpoint, displays one of the images in the slideshow as off-base, not spaced correctly ( " padding", I guess you'd say, with the next image in the sequence of the slideshow ) ; because this one image in the sequence has an external link set to open in a new window. It is the image that says, "Tuttle Twins".
