Is there a reason that a layout grid with items in it doesn't go in an empty layout grid.

Trying to drag a layout grid with items into another one but it doesn't allow being dragged into the other grid, stays outside the grid.

What would be the best way to do this.

There is a maximum number of layout grids you can nest, so maybe the other layout grid has sub grids?
