I m licence owners WWB12 since long time and my serial n. dont works to download some extra extensions. ?
Is it too old
I must upgrad my version 12 to 20 ?

Yes. If the extension(s) requires it or is made for any version higher than your current version WWB12. You may also be able to receive a discount for upgrading.
