Hello WB users,

I wanted to say thanks to all the users who have purchased and downloaded extensions from my website since creating it. I also appreciate all of the user suggestions for improvements. I also thank Pablo for creating extension builder which allows for creativity in creating some great extensions.

Even though I have it on my website, I wanted to make sure all users are aware (whether you're are new customer or already a present customer) of a couple of things when visiting. This only applies to orders that are FREE. Paid orders are not affected.

1. For any NEW orders, please use your real first and last name for the order. Many times, I get orders using just a first name or nicknames. It makes it difficult if I have 20 people just named Bill or Tony in my store. If an order is submitted without this, I usually will send a follow up email requesting it. If I get no response, the order will be cancelled. If I feel the name is fake (ex: Micky Mouse), I will cancel the order. I don't feel i'm asking too much for someone to simply supply their real first and last name.

2. I sometimes get what appear to be spam orders (based on the name, email, etc). If anything looks spammy, I cancel it.

3. If for some reason you don't get your order and your name and email was legit, please check your spam. If not there, please reach out to me. I try to be pretty quick at responding.

4. If you have previously purchased something (free or paid) and there is an updated version, please visit my site, go to My Orders, log in and download the update there. Unless it is a new paid upgrade, most updates are free and available in the My Orders section for download. You may also receive an email about updates as well when available. Please do not re-order the extension as a new order under this circumstance. This helps cut down on a bunch of new orders for updates.

I'd like to say thank you for supplying extensions, free and paid. It makes life much easier - especially for those (like me) with little html and css knowledge.

Also thank you for the responsiveness and willingness to adapt extensions.

Hi Ron. Not too much to ask for regarding the great extensions and support you give in the forum. I'm using both free and payed extensions from you and I am fully satisfied with them.

My experience of interacting with Ron is filled with extremely positive impressions both in terms of his developments and his willingness to always help! Ron has developed a number of excellent extensions and website templates. I have the pleasure of using them in my work. I always receive support and assistance from him in all aspects of his development and WWB software in general.
I recommend that all WWB users who have not used Ron's development pay attention to them!

P.S. In the near future, I'm going to buy several extensions on webbuildertemplates once again.
