🚫 403 Forbidden – Can’t Access Templates or Site Resources (Free Trial)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently on the free trial of WYSIWYG Web Builder and have been really enjoying it so far. Everything was working perfectly — until I went to make a purchase decision.

Right when I decided to go ahead and buy the software, I noticed that all the links stopped working. Now I can’t access anything on the website, including:

https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/templ ... plates.xml

Every time I try, I get a:

“403 Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access this resource” error.

This happens on every device and browser in my house, so I’m thinking my public IP might have been blocked somehow.

My trial still has 21 days left, and I’d really like to keep using the software — and ideally move forward with a purchase — but I’m stuck without access to the templates and resources.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there a way I can get my IP unblocked?

The IP range 47.x has been blocked because it was used for a DOS attack on the server a few days ago.
