I just bought version 21.
The new language installation feature works, but not for Polish;
I had to do it manually.

Re: PL language installation
See the following in bold that may be the reason you had to manually install.The new language installation feature works, but not for Polish;I had to do it manually.
Language Modules
- New feature: Added 'Install Language' in Tools -> User Interface. This can be used to install a new display language.
So, you no longer have to manually download and unzip the files to the program files folder.
Notes: This list only includes languages that are actively maintained. Other languages which are not frequently updated are available on the website.
These translations were created by other users and are not officially supported. They are provided "AS IS".
- New feature: During startup, the software verifies whether the installed language module matches the required version. If it does not, the software will prompt the user to automatically download and install the latest version.

Re: PL language installation
The Polish translated was created by another user. It is not actively maintained so that is why it's not in the default list.
