Blog pagination

What would be the easiest way to add some html and have blog pagination on top and botton?
I alos think, this option should be added to next update.
It's useful to have it on both ends, especially at blogs with many elements per page.

I cannot help you with custom code, because for me that may also take a long time to figure out.
Programming is outside the scope of the support I can give you.
