I have a few questions in regards to this application.
1. Does it include a database to add subscribers?
2. Does it send the newsletter directly from the application?
3. If so, if there a limit to the number of subscribers?
I looked through the Demo, but it really didn't help much.
I have an editbox in the index for your clients to subscribe for newsletters. Once they subscribe their emails will be stored in the database where the app gets the emails so you can send newsletters to them. There is an option for you to add custom email templates.
You can also choose clients to send news letters to from the admin interface.
I disable the database interaction features to avoid abuse.

Your demo link doesn't really disclose much. Do you have a sample website with this application in place that you could share?
I'm a very visual person and it helps me to understand what the software could do just be seeing it.
