First of all: I work with Wysiwyg V.15 .
The following problem: A small image has a link to an external web page. In Germany, the GDPR applies: you have to get the consent for the other side, because the IP given is part of the personal data.
Therefore, I would like to: click on the image to open a new image above the old one with a text that regulates the consent according to GDPR.
A new click removes the text and opens the external page. How would you go about it?

First please note that version 15 is no longer supported.
But you can use events to show/hide objects.
