Using Web Builder 17

Post by Talon »

Hi Pablo
I have version 17 but I couldn't find my copy any where when I came up with this idea for cutting bottles so I downloaded a copy from your site. But now I can't add in my registration details as there isn't a tab to click to add the serial number. I was concerned, as I didn't want to start a website and find I can't upload anything as I haven't registered.

Can you clarify my position where the registration is concerned.

I can't afford to upgrade to ver. 18 as I'm a pensioner who's being robbed blind by my energy supplier at the moment.

When the Summer comes I hope to upgrade then.

Thanks a lot.

Michael.

Obviously we arn't on the same page.

I have a serial number, I got it when I updated from version 16 to 17 a while ago. That's not what I was enquiring about.

I previous had a copy of your software, Version 17 but I've lost it somewhere and couldn't find it. So I downloaded a copy from your website. I've started using it but can't register it as there isn't anywhere to insert the serial number (Its usually under the Help tab).

If I start setting up a website on that software will it let me upload it to my website without any watermarks or any other restrictions you find in non-registered copies.

I can't use the contact form as I don't know the Order Number.

I don't have an issue with my licence. Please read below.

Yes, the issues is with your license. It needs to be reset.

I'm sorry, I cannot help with your license via the forum.
Please use the contact form.

If you do not have your order number then enter your serial number.

OK its registered to my email address which is fine by me.

I'm sorry for the way I replied but it seemed a straight forward question about the registring a serial number.

Maybe I was getting ratty by then cause thats what 80 year olds do when they can't make themselves understood, but thanks for sorting it out.

All the best

Michael.
