CSS Mega Menu unresponsive (Yes or no?)

Post by VictorKrs »

Good afternoon!

Question No. 1
The description of CSS Mega Menu (https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/cssmegamenu.html says:
"This is a set of 2 CSS Mega Menu extensions with a slightly different behavior and appearance. Each extension implements a responsive navigation bar with multi-column drop-down menu, optimized for desktop computers and mobile (touch) devices. On desktop computer, the menu will display a drop-down menu with multiple columns and on mobile devices it will display a single column».

That is, it should be adaptive for different devices.
However, it is not adaptive for me (for both versions of this menu) :(

Please tell me what the problem is?

Question No. 2

When opening the Drop Down Menu (CSS Mega Menu ), the background is translucent and the text of the page is visible under it, respectively.

Thank you in advance for your help!

The main menu will not change. The responsiveness will be applied to the dropdown menu.
When the breakpoints is reached then the sub menus will switch from columns to rows.

Pity!
I hope that in the future it will be adaptive for the main menu as well

On the issue of the translucency of the Drop Down Menu, is there a solution that it would be opaque?

This menu was not designed to work that way, there is already another menu for that.

I am not able to reproduce the transparent background.
If you need help with that then please share a DEMO project.

Bootstrap Mega Menu is a great menu, but it doesn't have the dropdown submenu option on mouse hover (only after mouse click) :(
If such an option appeared, then it would be fine!

Thank you, Pablo for the quick help and clarifications!

In your demo, the background is not transparent. The menu is not on the foreground.

To solve: select the text and choose 'Move to back' in the arrange tools.
