Spam mail from PHP Guestbook - Version 4.3

Hai Please Help,
I have the following problem.via the guestbook with captcha (PHP Guestbook - Version 4.3)
Do I get spam mails even though it is a php page.
These are apparently cracked to get to my contact mail.
How can I prevent that? Or is there a better extension?

Unfortunately, there is no way to completely prevent spam.
Spammers can always manually submit the form.

However, the guestbook cannot be 'cracked'.

By using a captcha doesn't guarantee you won't get any spam in the Guestbook. This is because the information is added manually by the end user. You can try to avoid this by blocking the IP address it is coming from with the use of a .htcaccess file on your server. To do this you should contact your hosting provider and ask for help on this.
I will also delete the url you wrote of the spammer for securityreasons.
