Before Tag in Card

I'm working with the eCommerce sample template where the cards have a diagonal banner on one corner showing a discount.

The instructions say:
- The "Html1" object contains the styling of the ribbons
- Each card has custom HTML in the 'Before tag' section:
<div class="ribbon"><span>60% OFF</span></div>
- preview or publish the page to see the result.

I've searched high and low and through help files but cannot find where in the card I can edit the custom HTML referred to in step 2 ('Before tag' section)????

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

- right click the card
- select "Object HTML" from the menu
